The fund primarily focuses on areas such as mergers and acquisitions (M&A), providing growth capital, financial arrangements for management buyouts (MBO/MBI), and optimizing the capital structures of corporate balance sheets for projects carried out in the European Union, particularly in the Czech Republic, Slovakia, Germany, Austria, and Poland.

Mezzanine Capital Fund SICAV is intended for qualified investors, offering them access to an attractive, otherwise unavailable asset class.

The target return of the fund is predicted to be in the range of 9 – 11% per annum.
